Mionetto’s origins lie at the heart of the Valdobbiadene wine region in northern Italy. Born of ancestral expertise and an exceptional terroir, Mionetto Prosecco offers remarkable wines. Mionetto, much more than just a Prosecco!
Made primarily from the Glera grape, Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine which develops its sparkle in stainless steel vats. It can be enjoyed neat or as a spritz cocktail for an aperitif.
Prosecco is a sparkling wine produced in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy around the hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Historically made as a white wine, the first rosé Proseccos emerged in 2021! It is a controlled appellation of origin (Denominazione di Origine Controllata: DOC) governed by the DOC Consortium.
Prosecco is made from Glera (making up a minimum of 85%), the ideal grape variety thanks to its low sugar levels, high acidity and fresh aromas. Other grape varieties are used in smaller quantities: local grapes such as Verdiso or Perera, or other more international grapes.
Fruity and floral, the vibrancy and freshness of this Italian sparkling wine make it a perfect aperitif, served either neat in a coupe or in a cocktail such as a spritz.

In 2024, Mionetto is reinventing the most famous of Italian cocktails with its new Aperitivo 100% Mionetto.
This brand new premium bitter orange liqueur, with its natural aromas, has been specially designed to go perfectly with Mionetto Prosecco.
On the nose, Aperitivo reveals subtle notes of citrus fruit and botanical herbs. On the palate, it’s bittersweet with a delicate citrus presence and a fruity, herbaceous finish.
